Lightly raced 4yo Snitzel entire TREVELLO made it a perfect start to his racing career with Munce Racing by scoring on debut for the stable at the Sunshine Coast Turf Club today.
Despite an awkward beginning, jockey Mark Robert Du Plessis was able to position TREVELLO midfield before peeling him out rounding the home turn and going on with the job in the straight.
It was only the horse’s third career start and his first since being transferred from the stables of the late Kelso Wood after his recent passing.
“He’s a very good galloper,” said Trainer Chris Munce.
“He’s has a few issues along the way but it was certainly a good win today.
“He’s an impressive looking horse, you wouldn’t find a better sort on the track today.”
Congratulations to his owners: Mrs D M Devine, Miss S L Devine, Mrs J G Morgan, Mrs J A Galante, Mrs C C Galante
