SUPERBOWL SUNDAY improved the stable’s strong recent record when he toughed it out to score a fifth career win at Ipswich.

The 5YO gelding bounced back to form to claim his third win this preparation in the Class 5 Handicap over 1200m, pocketing a cheque for $19,800.

SUPERBOWL SUNDAY recorded a fourth win from the stable’s last eight runners when the son of Snitzel ran down the race favourite in the shadows of the post, with a short head separating the pair on the line.

The win took SUPERBOWL SUNDAY’S career winnings to $126,740, and also moved Munce Racing up to fifth in the Queensland Trainer Premiership.

The stable sends its congratulations to his owners, Henderson Racing & Breeding, who notched their milestone 200th win.
